REQUEST FOR WARRANTY AND WATCH REPAIR: 

  • Visionaire Pakistan offers repair services by certified watchsmiths from karachi .
  • To avail warranty service, dispatch your watch with the warranty booklet, and endorsed warranty card to the visionaire Pakistan service center in karachi .
  • Visionaire Pakistan recommends insuring the shipment, as they are not responsible for lost or damaged products during transit.

Warranty Terms & Conditions :-

1. Two-Year Warranty Period:

  • Coverage: Your watch is warranted by Dreams Pakistan for two (2) years from the original purchase date.
  • Applicability: Terms and conditions of the warranty apply during this period.

2. Covered Components:

  • Inclusions: The warranty covers the watch movement, hands, and untouchable parts against manufacturing defects.
  • Repairs: Defective components will be repaired free of charge under normal use conditions.

3. Exclusions from Warranty:

  • External Damage: The warranty does not cover external damage to the product.
  •  Non-Covered Components: Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet defects are not covered
  • Conditions: Accidents, improper handling, lack of care, water/moisture damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

4. Voided Warranty:

  • Factors: Warranty becomes void if the watch is damaged by unauthorized service, negligence, or factors unrelated to materials or workmanship.
  • Third-Party Servicing: Having the watch serviced by a third party voids the warranty.

5. Damages Not Covered:

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage to the case, crystal/glass, bracelet/band, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any physical damage.
  • Water Damage: Water damage is not covered, especially if the watch exceeds water resistance guidelines.

6. Limited Warranty Conditions:

  • Excessive Wear and Tear: Excessive wear and tear or usage beyond manufacturer guidelines are not covered.
  • Consequential Damages: Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under the warranty.

7. Warranty Claim Process:

  • Submission: To claim warranty work, send the watch, warranty booklet, and warranty card with the dealer stamp to the authorized visionaire Pakistan service center in karachi .
  • Service Charges: For non-warranty service work, charges may apply based on watch style and requested work.

8. Shipping Recommendations:

  • Insurance: Insuring and adequately protecting the watch during shipment is recommended.
  • Disclaimer: We ensure safe packaging and delivery of all orders. If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, customers can contact us and we will take full responsibility to resolve the issue, including coordinating with the courier if required.
  • It is advised to pack the watch carefully (use bubble wraps, fragile stickers) to ensure seamless delivery.

9. Liability Limitations:

  • Limitation of Liability: visionaire Pakistan's liability is limited to repair or purchase price.
