Returns & Exchanges Policy

If there is a defect or a technical issue with your watch, you may exchange or return your watch within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to VisionairePakistan Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please note that “Change of mind” or “Disliking a watch” will not be accepted as a reason for return and exchange.

Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some VisionairePakistan watches may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned watches or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.

Products are eligible for return and exchange if:

• Watch(es) are returned within 7 Days of receiving.
• Watch(es) are in new condition.
• Watch(es) are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
• Watch(es) include all packing material, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
• Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.

Please note that :

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• VisionairePakistan is not responsible for lost or damaged packages .
• Please note that in the event of a refund, a transaction fee of 5% will be deducted for purchases made through online payment methods or the point-of-sale system.
• Warranty card provided by VisionairePakistan is mandatory to claim warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Bands, Straps, and bracelets.
• Battery.
• Glass.
• Exposed crystals and other embellishments.
• Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.
