DELIVERY AND RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available and takes 2-3 business days.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or has a genuine issue upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery with clear pictures/video of the issue. Once your request is received, our Quality Assurance team will review the case within 1 working day to ensure a smooth resolution. For all genuine issues: - Return shipping charges will be covered by us - You will be eligible for a replacement or refund (depending on product availability) - Our support team will guide you throughout the process .

Orders and changes

  • Your orders are only confirmed after confirmation via call. If you want to cancel your order you can inform us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Email with your order number and details.
  • You can request for an exchange within seven days of delivery if the product is unused and in the same condition as received with packaging intact. We recommend that you get in touch with our sales representatives as soon as you can and request for exchange.
  • You will receive a confirmation call before we dispatch your order. Your order will only be confirmed after your address is verified.
