All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide our services in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers will receive an order confirmation call within 24–48 hours.

COD Eligibility

  • Full COD is available for orders below PKR 25,000
  • 10% advance payment is mandatory for orders above PKR 25,000
  • 50% advance payment is mandatory for orders above PKR 80,000

VisionairePakistan reserves the right to deny Cash on Delivery services in cases of:

  • Incomplete or improper addresses
  • Unserviceable delivery locations
  • Cities not covered under COD service

Customers using Bank Transfer Checkout must deposit payment into the following account and share the payment receipt via WhatsApp.

Advance Payment Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels an order after making an advance payment, a 5% deduction from the paid amount will apply.

This deduction covers administrative, operational, and transaction-related processing costs.


Credit / Debit Card Payments

Customers may be contacted for verification regarding billing or delivery details.

Important Information

  • All orders are subject to stock availability
  • Customers will be informed in case of product unavailability
  • Card payments may require 1–3 working days for verification and approval

To prevent fraudulent activity, VisionairePakistan reserves the right to:

  • Request additional payment verification
  • Request card ownership confirmation
  • Cancel suspicious transactions without prior notice

Customers affected by suspected fraudulent activity may contact their respective bank for chargeback assistance.


Bank Discount Terms

Terms & Conditions

  1. Bank discounts are only valid for selected partner banks and eligible card categories.
  2. Bank discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotional campaign.
  3. Bank discounts are valid for a limited period and may end without prior notice.
  4. Orders placed using bank discounts are non-returnable.
  5. In case of exchange, the applied bank discount will be removed.


Watch Reservation Policy

To reserve a watch, full advance payment is required.

Reservation Terms

  • Reserved watches are strictly non-refundable
  • Watches can only be held for a maximum of 7 days
  • Failure to confirm within the given timeframe may result in cancellation of reservation

Once payment is received, your reservation will be officially confirmed and processed.


Product Images & Color Variations

At VisionairePakistan, we aim to provide accurate and detailed product information.

However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Brand image editing
  • Studio lighting
  • Display brightness and screen settings
  • Photography variations

We strongly encourage customers to review official brand references before purchasing.

If required, our support team can provide real, unedited product images upon request.


Like New Watches

Our “Like New” watches are sourced from trusted overseas suppliers and may occasionally arrive without original packaging.

This allows us to offer these products at significantly discounted prices.

Please Note

  • Minor scratches may exist
  • Leather straps may show aging or expiry
  • Exchange or return requests for minor cosmetic imperfections may not be accepted

All watches are carefully inspected before dispatch.



Promo Code Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of all promotional and discount codes offered by VisionairePakistan.

Eligibility

Promo codes may include:
